One of the world’s leading exhibition companies, Easyfairs, has partnered with Visit since 2005. The group currently organises 200 events in 14 countries, and more than half of them use Visit as a registration and lead generation solution.
In 2016 we started a series of pilot events across different regions where we deployed our Touchpoint technology, which allows exhibitors to capture leads and share digital content with the visitors, besides the Visit Connect app that was already used. In 2017, Touchpoints were deployed in 70+ Easyfairs shows worldwide, including specialised Visit on-site support.
As a result, Easyfairs reported a significant acceleration in revenue growth: 2016-2017 total revenues of more than € 160 million (up 39,3% compared to 2015-2016), as well as a significant increase in profits: 2016-2017 of more than € 31 million (up 76,6%).
Since then, the number of events that use Touchpoints has increased to 100+ per year. In 2018 they started transisioning to a DYI model, with several trained Visit super-users across different regions, thus saving €250K+ per year in support fees.
Over the past financial year, Easyfairs has launched 19 new events, with more to be added next year. Also, in October 2022, they announced a spectacular rebound after the pandemic, with company’s revenues close to pre-Covid level.
