This Cookie Policy explains how GES Event Intelligence SRL (“Visit”, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on visitcloud.com (the “Site”). Read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more broadly.
By “cookies and similar technologies” we mean small data files and comparable methods such as pixels, tags, local storage, and scripts that store or read information on your device when you visit the Site.
The technologies we use
We group the technologies on our Site into three categories. You control the two non-essential categories through our cookie banner.
Strictly necessary
These are required for the Site to work and to remember your privacy choices. They do not require consent. This category includes the cookie that records your consent preferences.
Analytics
These help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. We use:
- Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited.
- Matomo, our privacy-focused analytics platform, provided by InnoCraft Ltd (Matomo Cloud) with data hosted in the EU.
Marketing
These support our advertising and let us measure and improve our campaigns. We use:
- Google Ads (conversion measurement and remarketing), provided by Google Ireland Limited.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag, provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company.
- Apollo, a business analytics and visitor-identification tool provided by Apollo.io, Inc. (United States).
In the EEA and the UK, we do not load analytics or marketing technologies until you accept the relevant category. In some other regions, such as the United States, these technologies may load by default, and you can opt out at any time using the controls described below.
Your choices and how to change them
When you first visit the Site, our banner lets you accept or reject each non-essential category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
The banner you see depends on where you are. In the EEA and the UK, non-essential technologies stay off until you accept them. In the United States, they are on by default and the banner gives you a way to opt out, including a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” option.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by opening Cookie Settings, which reopens the banner. Withdrawing consent stops further use of that category. It does not affect processing that already took place while your consent was active.
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site working.
Google Consent Mode
For Google services, we use Google Consent Mode. In regions where we ask for your consent first, these services load in a restricted mode that does not store cookies on your device before you consent. They begin normal operation only after you accept the relevant category.
