The hardware deployment, onsite support, and analytics are included at no cost for qualifying events. We do this because Touchpoints are most convincing when an organiser sees them work on their own show floor, with their own exhibitors. There's no obligation to continue with Visit afterwards, though most organisers do.

Trade shows and exhibitions with 5,000 or more attendees, held in the EU or US, with the next edition taking place within roughly six months. We're flexible, thus if you're close to those parameters and the event is interesting, talk to us anyway.

No. The pilot includes everything needed to make Touchpoints work at your event, including the smart badge component. We'll cover the technical fit during the consultation.

Each exhibiting company gets access to Visit Connect, where every Touchpoint tap appears as a captured lead, with the visitor's profile, the time of the tap, and the specific product or stand element it was linked to. For exhibitors, it's a passive lead-capture stream that runs alongside whatever they already do.

Aggregated Touchpoint data across the entire show floor: which zones drew traffic, which exhibitors generated the most engagement, dwell time patterns, peak-hour breakdowns. The kind of evidence that turns next year's stand-rebooking conversation into a quantitative one.

You keep your data and your post-event report. If you want to use Touchpoints at future events, we'll talk commercials, but only after you've seen the results. No conversation about renewals, contracts, or pricing happens before the pilot event runs.

Standard deployment lead time is six to eight weeks before the event date. Tighter timelines are sometimes possible, we'll confirm during the consultation.
