Registration, Access Control, and Digital Badges


Online registration and digital badge issuance were enabled through the Visit platform, reducing wait times and streamlining the registration process.

Access control was managed by Visit, ensuring that only registered attendees gained entry to the event.

Digital badges were provided to attendees, which could be scanned by exhibitors using the Visit Connect exhibitor app, embedded within the Swapcard app.

Unified Experience for Badges and Lead Capture

The Visit Connect exhibitor app, integrated into the Swapcard app, offered exhibitors an efficient tool for lead management and attendee engagement. During the event, exhibitors accessed the Lead Retrieval button 22,867 times, accounting for 23% of all visits within the platform (and ranking second behind the My Digital Badge feature).
